Please note that all new clients must schedule an intake appointment for either cupping or acupuncture, before scheduling a follow-up appointment.
Whole-istic members, select member appointment under Massage Therapy banner. This is a member-only option. Members are subject to a one-time additional intake fee for their first acupuncture or cupping appointment.
Intake appointments will be used to understand your needs, history, habits, and all other relevant information that allows our practitioner to address the root cause of the symptoms you may be experiencing.
We do not accept insurance at this time.

All provider services require a non-refundable 50% deposit. Due to limited availability, we respectfully request that you cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled service or session. This gives us the opportunity to fill your appointment time. You may cancel by phone or online through your MindBody portal. If cancelling outside of 24 hours a full credit for the service will be applied to your account, to be used within 12 months from the original date of purchase.
Reschedules (12–24 Hours Notice) may be rescheduled with a $15 rescheduling fee. Same-Day Cancellations / Reschedules will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. This includes after-hours requests made the evening prior to the appointment day.
