We look forward to helping you relax and renew through one of our salt-inspired massage offerings. For those with the massage membership, book your service as the ‘Lightly Customized’ massage. You may book any add-ons or upgrades here, or give us a call and we can book them for you!
Members select the Wholeistic Member option under Massage Therapy. This is a member only option. Non-members who book this option may be subject to additional fees, unless they elect to sign up for a membership at the time of their appointment.
If you would like to book an add-on, you must first book a full massage. Add-ons may not be honored if purchased and booked on their own. If you have any questions, give us a ring and we would be more than happy to coordinate your next appointment for you. Select upgrades and add-ons are subject to availability, and may require call-ahead reservations.
30 minute massage extensions may not be booked on their own, and must accompany a full 60 minute appointment. Massage extensions may not be honored and are not subject to refunds for accidental scheduling.
Please remember to complete your intake forms prior to arrival or be sure to arrive at least fifteen minutes before your appointment to complete them at the spa. If you don’t receive an intake form, give us a ring at 407-250-4062 or email us at service@lightlysaltedspa.com.
All provider services require a non-refundable 50% deposit. Due to limited availability, we respectfully request that you cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled service or session. This gives us the opportunity to fill your appointment time. You may cancel by phone or online through your MindBody portal. If cancelling outside of 24 hours a full credit for the service will be applied to your account, to be used within 12 months from the original date of purchase.
Reschedules (12–24 Hours Notice) may be rescheduled with a $15 rescheduling fee. Same-Day Cancellations / Reschedules will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. This includes after-hours requests made the evening prior to the appointment day.
